Strawberry-Banana-Orange Smoothie

Blend the following ingredients:


• 250 ml almond milk
• 4-5 frozen strawberries
• 120 ml orange juice or 1/2 a fresh orange (peeled)
• 1 small frozen banana
• 2-3 whole dates, pitted
• 30 ml coconut milk
• 25 gr BUGG’S High Protein Cricket Powder
