Tasty Cricket Salsa with Tacos

Prep Time: 15 minutes,  Servings: 4 medium tacos


  • 1 can (300 ml) diced tomatoes drained
  • Half orange pepper
  • Half green pepper
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • 3-4 cloves of Garlic
  • Half red onion
  • 3 Green onions
  • 1 hot pepper of your choice (banana, jalapeno)
  • 30 gr BUGG’S High Protein Cricket Powder
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place the tomatoes in a bowl.
  2. In a chopper, add in all of the other ingredients, and pulse until all the ingredients are chopped fine.
  3. Mix all the chopped ingredients into the bowl with the tomatoes.
  4. Add the salt to taste.
  5. Serve with your favourite tortillas
